Staff

Park & Durham employs a variety of legal staff who all work together as a team to prepare cases for trial. The firm employs intake receptionists, secretaries, legal assistants, paralegals, medical records clerks, and file clerks. The staff utilizes our customized computer legal software to store and retrieve evidence and depositions to prepare our cases for trial.

Cheryl R. Little is the Legal Assistant to attorney Will Durham. Cheryl graduated in 1983 from North Harris Community College with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Business Administration and Records Management. She has been employed with several law offices, beginning in 1983 with Green & Mashburn, P. C. in Conroe; Soules, Cliffe & Reed in San Antonio; and Hopkins & Corley, P. C. in Conroe. Cheryl has worked in the areas of Real Estate, Probate & Trust, Family Law, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Consumer & Commercial Law, and Insurance Law. A wife and mother of three sons, Cheryl has been employed with Park & Durham since 2001 where she works in the personal injury field of law. Cheryl is involved in all aspects of a client's file from the initial meeting to preparing the case for trial. She works with the attorneys, medical records clerk, and file clerks together as a litigation team to effectively represent our clients.

Morgan Newman is the Paralegal to Mance Michael Park. Morgan grew up in Huntsville and graduated from Huntsville High School in 2001. She has worked in the legal field since 2001. In 2004, she completed her Paralegal Certification at Sam Houston State University. Prior to working with Park & Durham, she worked in The Woodlands with a law firm handling personal injury, family law, environmental law and civil litigation. Morgan is a member of 2nd Baptist Church and is involved in the Huntsville Junior Service League where she has served as an officer. Morgan is involved in all aspects of a client's file from the initial meeting to preparing the case for trial. She works with the attorneys, medical records clerk, and file clerks together as a litigation team to effectively represent our clients.
